Founded in 2018, Dreamirl is an independent video game development studio based in Toulouse, France. The studio stands out for its passion for creating innovative and immersive games, with a team dedicated to sharing its unique vision of gaming.
Among Dreamirl's notable achievements is "Noreya: The Gold Project," a 2D pixel-art metroidvania where players take on the role of Kali, a warrior seeking revenge against a god. The game is distinguished by its duality system between Light and Corruption, offering choices that impact gameplay, level design, and the story.
The studio has also developed "Exoblast," a game blending shoot’em up and arcade elements, featuring a synthwave and pixel-art aesthetic. Players can choose their pilot, their ship, and compete in arenas to reach the top of the Iskia Tower.
"Jurassic Snap" is another project by the studio, offering a virtual reality photographic safari experience on the planet Gliese 486B, where players capture images of dinosaur-like creatures to study their behavior.
In addition to its creations, Dreamirl is recognized for its expertise in web technologies, servers, and artificial intelligence, and has also begun projects in virtual and augmented reality.
The studio has developed tools such as Dreamengine.io, a backend server, and specializes in cross-platform development, particularly in JavaScript and PWA.
The Dreamirl team consists of passionate professionals, including Antoine Rogliano as creative director, game designer, and programmer; Laurent Lozano, sound director and composer; Gaëlle Fucito, production assistant; Emma Maynard, pixel artist and animator; and Gregory Boisseau, QA, marketing, and business manager.
