FenJo Studio's core value is the vision of video games as an artistic medium, not as a mere product. The company distances itself from industry standards, in total opposition to the philosophy of certain AAA companies.
FenJo Studio aims to further explore the creative possibilities offered by video games and create immersive experiences where each player action has a real impact on the world around them, and where everyone will have a very different experience based on their own background.
Within the team, the hierarchy is very flat, and the company promotes freedom of expression and creativity. Ideas proposed by all team members, regardless of their rank, are taken into account and studied.
