Duck Reaction is an independent French studio based in Limoges, specializing in creating accessible, heartfelt video games designed to be shared. Behind the studio are Matt and Simon, two brothers driven by the desire to turn simple ideas into memorable experiences—sometimes funny, sometimes strange, but always with a strong personality.
Our approach is based on experimentation, rapid prototyping, and putting fun first. We love to tinker, test, twist classic mechanics, and keep whatever triggers an immediate reaction in players. At Duck Reaction, a successful game doesn't need to follow a formula: it must create a moment, a surprise, a memory, or a little chaos worth sharing.
Our universe is built around diverse projects, each with its own identity. With Perceptum, we explore psychological horror through an immersive experience centered on doubt, the senses, and the unseen. With Bloom Buddy, we offer a cozy, creative escape where players shape little scenes out of clay. Turbo Live focuses on sharing and interaction during streams, turning the chat into a true engine of collective chaos. Meaningless, on the other hand, invites players to solve minimalist puzzles in a hypnotic and satisfying atmosphere.
This diversity reflects our creative freedom: we don't lock ourselves into a single genre, but we always keep the same goal: to create fun, accessible, slightly weird games that are easy to share. We also place great importance on the community, inviting them to follow our projects, test our ideas, and take part in their evolution.
Duck Reaction is a human-sized studio, driven by a love for indie games, unexpected concepts, and experiences that bring people together. We create games with seriousness, humor, curiosity, and—as we like to say—with love and flowers inside.
