Founded in 1998 by Victor Kislyi in Minsk, Wargaming is a globally recognized video game developer and publisher known for its online military strategy games. Our headquarters are located in Nicosia, Cyprus, and we operate through more than 19 offices and development studios worldwide.
Our journey began with turn-based strategy games, such as "Massive Assault." However, it was in 2010 that we achieved a major breakthrough with the launch of "World of Tanks," a massively multiplayer online game that immerses players in intense tank battles. This success was followed by "World of Warplanes" and "World of Warships," completing our trilogy of online military combat games.
In 2011, we relocated our headquarters from Minsk to Nicosia, Cyprus, to support our international growth. This expansion continued with the establishment of our European headquarters in Paris the same year, and the opening of an office in San Francisco in August 2011 to strengthen our presence in North America.
