We are Tiidy Shell, an independent creative duo that imagines cute, handcrafted, and generous video games, carefully developed around simple yet highly distinctive ideas. Through our projects, we love to explore colorful universes, accessible mechanics, and experiences that invite curiosity and smiles. Our approach is based on a clear desire: to create human-scale games, sometimes calm and cozy, sometimes more chaotic, but always driven by a warm artistic direction, attention to detail, and the joy of surprising players.
The studio brings together Jean-Baptiste, gameplay developer, and Marine, artist & FX specialist. This complementarity allows us to design experiences where the feel of the game, the visual identity, and the small interactions naturally respond to each other. We enjoy prototyping, experimenting, participating in game jams, and transforming playful concepts into endearing adventures. Our creations, such as Cheatquest, Railoop, Spring Lullaby, Lapinaut, and ROBOWATCH, illustrate this desire to vary formats: adventure, strategy, action, puzzle, simulation, or games playable directly in a browser.
Our main project, No Space For Salad, extends this vision with a cozy cooking and space exploration adventure. The game invites players to embody a small animal that travels across colorful planets, collects strange ingredients, cooks adorable dishes, and serves alien customers from an intergalactic food truck. Designed to be playable solo or in local co-op, it emphasizes relaxing gameplay loops, stress-free exploration, customization, and the discovery of a sweet, funny, and mysterious universe.
