Neofid Studios is a video game development studio based in Manosque, France, founded in 2021 by Christophe Reboul, Simon Reboul, and Christopher Rolin. Our passion for retro gaming led us to create original games for iconic consoles such as the SEGA Mega Drive/Genesis.
Our first title, "Demons of Asteborg," is an action-platformer with Metroidvania elements, specifically developed for the SEGA Mega Drive/Genesis. This ambitious project, translated into six languages, was released on physical cartridges as well as digitally on Steam and Nintendo Switch.
Building on this success, we continued our adventure with "Astebros," a roguelike set in the Asteborg universe. This game offers a unique experience by generating random dungeons and featuring two-player co-op. Available on SEGA Mega Drive, PC, and Nintendo Switch, "Astebros" has been praised for its depth and polished execution.
Currently, we are working on "DaemonClaw," a fast-paced 16-bit arcade-style action game, in collaboration with BitBeamCannon and PixelHeart. Planned for release on SEGA Mega Drive/Genesis, Neo Geo, and modern platforms, this project exemplifies our commitment to creating timeless games that deliver a unique gaming experience.
