Indie Beard Communication is a company dedicated to promoting independent video games in France. Our mission is to create a tight-knit community, unite players, and give visibility to your video game creations. We understand that developing a game requires time and energy; that's why we commit to handling the communication around your project, allowing you to fully focus on what you're passionate about: creating and improving your game.
Among our flagship initiatives, we organize dedicated spaces for independent studios at major festivals across France. These events provide an ideal platform to showcase your projects to a wide audience and establish valuable professional connections. For example, in October 2024, we hosted over 25 independent studios at the Indie Game Factory in Bordeaux, attracting nearly 30,000 visitors. Other events are planned for 2025, notably in Poitiers in April, Paris in April, Tours in June, and Paris – Villepinte in July, with expected attendance ranging from 25,000 to 250,000 visitors depending on the event.
We also organize monthly meetups for independent video game developers, hosted by the RESET BAR in central Paris. These gatherings offer a unique opportunity to share experiences, network, and collaborate with other professionals in the industry.
In partnership with the AFJV, we launched the first award honoring games presented at festivals, further strengthening our commitment to supporting and highlighting emerging talents in the independent video game industry.
