Arisk Studio is an independent video game development studio based in Toulouse, born in 2024 from a shared desire: to take creative risks in order to design powerful, original experiences made first and foremost for players. Our philosophy can be summed up in a few words: “No Risk, No Game.” A motto that reflects our determination to explore new ideas, build memorable worlds, and tell stories capable of leaving a lasting mark.
Our studio is built on a collective of passionate and experienced developers who have already worked together for several years. This shared experience has allowed us to build genuine team cohesion and to bring together complementary skills in development, production, game design, art direction, and the creation of interactive experiences. Several members of the team notably took part in projects such as Demeter: The Asklepios Chronicles before embarking on the Arisk Studio adventure.
We have chosen a collaborative organization, where everyone can contribute to decisions and to the direction of projects. This approach allows us to make full use of our energy, our creativity, and our expertise, while retaining an essential ambition: to create the games we ourselves want to play. Each project is thus developed with particular attention paid to feel, to the player’s experience, and to the coherence of its world.
Our first game, N.R.V, fully embodies this identity. Currently in development for PC, N.R.V is a frantic top-down shooter with roguelite inspirations, set in a dark and dystopian cyberpunk universe. The player faces waves of enemies and progresses through procedurally generated environments, against a backdrop of revolt, oppression, and vengeance. Intense action, punk atmosphere, and a critical look at society’s excesses come together to give rise to an experience that aims to be as hard-hitting in its gameplay as in its message.
With Arisk Studio, we want to champion an independent vision of video games, driven by boldness, collaboration, and the desire to offer experiences that are not afraid to take risks.
